Bron loves living and working in the Helensburgh community.

With a background in communications, she enjoys welcoming and assisting patients at Equilibrium Healthcare, and ensuring the practice serves the community.

When not working, you can find her in the great outdoors with her three children. 

Emma has extensive experience in the medical industry. She has lived and worked locally for many years and loves being part of a great community.

In her spare time, Emma loves riding her horse and hiking with friends.

Mel is a local mum of 3 kids. She spent the last year travelling around Australia in a caravan with her family and has returned to join us at Equilibrium Healthcare.

With over ten years in the medical industry, she is thoroughly enjoying working with the team and loves making patients feel welcome and at ease. Mel aims to help out in every way she can.

 When she’s not at work, you’ll find Mel at her kids sporting activities, socialising with friends or away in the caravan

Ursula has over 30 years of administration and office experience. She enjoys working in customer service roles where she can help others.

In her spare time, Ursula likes watching most sports including rugby league, soccer and tennis.

She has also been involved with the Helensburgh Thistles Soccer Club as manager, committee member or volunteer since her children started playing.

Tess has been working at Equilibrium since it opened. She started as the weekend cleaner and now works as a receptionist.

 Tess is studying at the University of Wollongong and also tutors high school maths.

Sarah has worked in the healthcare industry for over 15 years both as a medical receptionist and as an Assistant in Nursing.

Sarah enjoys working in our local community and helping patients feel welcome and comfortable at Equilibrium Healthcare.

When Sarah isn’t working, you can find her at a local beach or enjoying a bushwalk with her two children.

Since moving to the Helensburgh area with her young family, Donna has loved working locally in both General Practice and Allied Health. With over 6 years' experience in the medical industry, she strives to make patients feel welcome and help them with any enquiries they may have.

When not at work Donna enjoys spending time with her family, and getting outdoors for a walk and chat with friends.

Mimi is studying nursing at Wollongong University. She enjoys working with the local community and values gaining experience in a medical setting.

Bianca is currently undertaking a bachelor of psychology (honours) at the University of Wollongong with dreams of becoming a clinical therapist.

She spends the majority of her free time either reading, being outdoors or spending quality time with friends and family.
