Dr Trevor Kemper M.B.B.S. (Syd) F.R.A.C.G.P.
General PractitionerDr Kemper graduated from the University of Sydney in 1993. He is a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, having completed the GP training programme in 1997. He is an Honorary Clinical Academic with the Graduate School of Medicine at the University of Wollongong. He has worked as a palliative care consultant with the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District for more than twenty years and as a General Practitioner with Helensburgh Family Practice since 1999.
Born and raised in the Northern Illawarra Trevor has a deep knowledge of and strong appreciation for the local area, residing locally in Stanwell Park.
He is a competitive swimmer & triathlete and is interested in all aspects of health care, from illness prevention and antenatal care to palliative care. Trevor has an interest in men's health, sports medicine, mental health, paediatrics, travel medicine, chronic illness management and occupational medicine.
In 2018 he decided that Helensburgh and the Northern Illawarra needed a centre for comprehensive health care befitting the area and tailored to the local residents. Equilibrium Healthcare was born, with the focus of not just treating the ill, but also promoting good health and healthy lifestyles, preventing illness and improving the quality of life for all of our community.
Dr Annette Roberts M.B.B.S., B Med Sci, FRACGP
General PractitionerWith extensive experience in General Practice as well as in Emergency Medicine, Annette joins Equilibrium Healthcare to continue to provide outstanding medical care.
Annette completed her medical degree at the University of Sydney in 2003, prior to which she completed a Bachelor of Medical Science in 1998 and attained fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2016.
Annette has a special interest in child and family health as well as antenatal care. She loves the variety and continuity of care in General Practice.
In her spare time Annette enjoys bush walking, reading, playing piano and spending time with her daughters.
Dr Ahmed AlSultan MBcHB ( Otago), PGDipSurgicalAnatomy, FRNZCGP , MS Plastic Surgery
General PractitionerAhmed graduated from Otago University, New Zealand in 2008. He worked for a number of years in the New Zealand hospital system refining his medical and surgical skills and has gained advanced qualifications and experience in skin cancer surgery. With training in dermatoscopy he is able to differentiate harmless skin spots from skin cancers. He is skilled at managing both simple and complex surgical excisions using skin grafting and flap repairs when required.
He spent a number of years at different public hospitals in New Zealand advancing his general knowledge and skills in both surgery and medicine. He also completed training in General Practice becoming a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.
Ahmed is a fully qualified specialist GP and cares for all aspects of health. He takes a holistic approach to illness and enjoys working with all ages and genders. He moved from New Zealand to make Australia his home in 2021. Outside of work he relishes spending time with his wife and 2 young sons and engaging in local community activities.
Dr Fiona Manning MBBS; Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons); Diploma of Child Health
General PractitionerFiona grew up in the bushy Menai in the Sutherland Shire. She has studied, lived and worked in the Illawarra Shoalhaven and in Victoria since completing her first degree, a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons), at the University of Wollongong. Most recently she has been living and working as a doctor in Kiama, NSW.
She completed her medical degree at Deakin University in Victoria in 2017 following a 7 year career as a dietitian in the Illawarra Shoalhaven, Nepean and Barwon health services. She has additional experience and training as a doctor in paediatrics, women's health and shared antenatal care. Her special interests include child health, women's health, young adult health, shared antenatal care and nutrition.
Fiona is keenly interested in incorporating preventative care and nutrition into the care of her patients. Fiona enjoys the variety that general practice provides, and the rewarding longitudinal doctor-patient relationships that are fostered through mutual respect and trust.
In her spare time, she dabbles in a variety of pastimes including scuba diving, swimming, archery, bushwalking, and board/computer/console games.

General PractitionerDr. Siavash Rezapour recently became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2024 and is passionate about his work as a GP.
Dr Nathanial Harris MD PhD BMedSc BSc (Hons)
RegistrarDr Harris completed a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Melbourne in 2019. Prior to which, he completed a Bachelor of Medical Science, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a PhD at the University of Wollongong. He is a cancer scientist working on the microbiome in Immunotherapy and Radiotherapy, and an Honorary Radiation Oncology Registrar at the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute, Austin Hospital - in Melbourne. He has worked as a Physician Trainee and a Radiation Oncologist Registrar in NSW and Victoria and currently works as a Medical Registrar and Emergency Department Locum in the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
Dr Taras Kusyk MBBS
RegistrarDr Taras Kusyk is a General Practitioner with a special interest in Skin Checks and Skin cancer surgery, Mental Health and preventative medicine.
He has worked in the Australian Public Health System for many years in various departments such as medical, surgical, ED and Paediatrics.
He enjoys procedural and hands on practice and is looking forward to serving the Helensburgh Community.
Rob Tolleth
Medical StudentRob Tolleth is currently in his fourth year of medical school at the University of Wollongong.
Before diving into medicine, he earned his Bachelor's degree in science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Originally from San Francisco, Rob now calls Australia home.
