GPs

We are a private billing practice and operate from new, purpose-built, designer facilities with an ever expanding clientele.
Our admin and nursing staff work as a team and love their work, making for a fun and collegiate working environment.
We are an accredited Training Practice with The RACGP for GP registrars and with the University of Wollongong for Medical Students, and have regular in-house education & clinical meetings.

Female and male GPs consult at EQHC as well as extensive allied health including Psychology, Physiotherapy, Paediatric OT, Paediatric Speech Pathology. We have an in-house Midwife and have excellent Registered Nurses.

We help you to look after your patients and are driven by positive patient outcomes. With the extensive network within our practice we can assist you to follow up patients for optimal continuity of care.

We undertake locally focused public health campaigns to engage with and enhance the health of our community. We also sponsor local mental health first aid courses, the local mens' shed, sponsor Coalcliff Surf Life Saving Club's Ocean Swimming Club, coordinate walking groups with the Australian Heart Foundation and support other community groups. We are constantly on the lookout for opportunities to enhance the health of our community.

Research is undertaken independently and in liaison with our local PHN, and we look to find new opportunities for health promotion & enhanced primary care.
We have an amazing opportunity for GPs who value the work they do and like to work in a supportive, rewarding and collegiate environment. We have consulting rooms available between 7am and 9pm weekdays and flexible options for weekend consulting. If you have specific areas of interest or practice then we can ensure you have the equipment and support you require for this.

We are situated in the burgeoning town of Helensburgh, gateway to the picturesque Northern Illawarra coast line which is littered with iconic beaches and ocean pools linked by the Grand Pacific Drive and the Sea Cliff Bridge. Facilities for myriad outdoor activities abound, with mountain biking and horse riding particularly popular. Creative arts are similarly well supported locally. We are fortunate to have a ring of national parks surrounding us and mix of cosmopolitan, country and coastal lifestyles available. Sydney CBD is just 50 minutes away and Wollongong CBD 25 minutes.
