Built in 2018 with decades of local health care provision, we are here for the long haul, and we want you to be too. Essential in maintaining your wellbeing is physical and emotional good health and this is our focus.
If you have a health issue that you don’t know how to resolve, the doctors and allied health practitioners who consult with us and our dedicated team of nurses are here to guide you in the right direction, with a comprehensive plan tailored to you, personally. We know that you are a totally unique individual and we love the diversity that this creates in our world. Your gender, age, culture, sexual orientation, religion and life history make you special and we are keen to embrace all of the facets of you in making a plan for your care.
The doctors consulting at Equilibrium Healthcare are fully qualified general practitioners and registrars training with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, who are trained to manage all presentations of general practice and have a range of special interests in particular areas of medicine, enabling the provision of a wide range of services for you.

What’s Equilibrium Healthcare all about?
When we built Equilibrium Healthcare, we wanted to create the kind of general practice we would like to go to ourselves. We searched for the perfect location and worked together with specialist designers to create a space that is comfortable and accessible with an ambience that makes you feel at home, staffed with competent doctors and health professionals who truly care. We love where we work and we welcome you to make yourself at home with us.
While the look and feel is new, our database builds on the long history of Helensburgh Family Practice, so you won’t be starting from scratch. Our team consists of some new, but many familiar faces, all geared up to focus on balance and sustainability for your healthcare.
Equilibrium Healthcare is a local initiative, doctor-owned and built by locals, to make our community healthier and happier.
